Delivery
This last stage is often the most crucial, and most overlooked. Even the best strategies and policies can fall down if not delivered well or insufficient thought has gone into how to reach the people you need to reach. We use the latest insights from implementation science (and ‘deliverology’) to make sure execution is handled well, and potential issues with scaling ideas are identified early.
